Andrea Bocelli's voice will accompany the official start of the countdown to the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The Italian tenor has been selected to open the FIFA Countdown Concert, an international event that will symbolically connect Mexico City, Toronto and Los Angeles on June 10 in a grand celebration dedicated to football, music and sport.
In front of thousands of spectators at the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City and a global audience following him from around the world, Bocelli will take the stage first. He will perform the famous song “Nelle Tue Mani”, known from the Gladiator soundtrack and part of his album “Cinema”, providing an emotional opening to the big FIFA evening.
