Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj has become a father for the second time. His wife Ajola Xoxa gave birth to their second son today.
SPAK has approved the permit for Veliaj and he is being accompanied by the Prisons Directorate to the "Koço Gliozheni" maternity hospital to visit his wife and newborn son.
