Bad weather suspends sailing and fishing outside the Bay of Vlora

The navigation of small boats and fishing vessels has been banned in Vlora. The suspension started yesterday evening at 20:00 and will last until the 11th when an improvement in the weather is expected.
Notification:
1. It is forbidden to give permission-departure to all small vessels, fishing vessels operating outside the bay of Vlora and they have been notified to take measures for their security.
2. Small watercraft and fishing vessels operating within the bay of Vlora should take into consideration the predicted deteriorating conditions and take measures for their security.
3. The drivers of fishing vessels and small vessels have been notified of the worsened situation and of taking measures to secure the vessels in the berthed places and prevent events and situations during the dates 09-10-11 January 2023.
4. International shipping vessels will continue to operate normally.
5. The improvement of the worsening meteorological situation in the bay of Vlora and outside it for small boats and fishing will be after January 11, 2023 at 06:00.
