Traffic is blocked near the Kamza Turnpike due to railway construction, here are the alternative routes

As part of the construction works for the Tirana-Durrës-Rinas railway line, authorities have announced temporary measures to block and divert vehicle traffic in the area known as the Treshit Roundabout, near the Kamza Turnpike.
The restrictions will be implemented during the period 6–9 June 2026 and will be developed in several phases, with the aim of ensuring safety and the smooth progress of the works.
"The works and movement will be carried out according to a three-phase schedule as follows:
Phase 1
Total traffic blockage from 06.06.2026.
24:00 – 07.06.2026 05:00.
Vehicles coming to Tirana will pass through Petrit Radovicka Street.
Vehicles from Tirana to the roundabout will turn to the Kamza Turn, to continue on the secondary industrial road or the highway towards Vora.
Phase 2
Detour to the Tirana side lane.
The works will be carried out during 07.06.2026 from 05:00 to 15:00, while traffic will be partially opened with two directions of movement (1 lane in each direction).
Phase 3
Deviation into the Durrës side lane.
The works will be carried out from 07.06.2026 at 23:00 to 09.06.2026 at 10:00.
Traffic is completely diverted to the Durrës side, operating with two-way traffic (1 lane in each direction).
"The railway, the works contractor and the Traffic Police have taken measures to manage traffic. We ask for the understanding of drivers and residents of the area. Please respect the signage and plan your movement in advance," the announcement says.
