A legal battle is taking place between the children of French actor Alain Delon and his assistant Hiromi Rollin.
The children of the film legend have reported Rollin to the police, for bullying their father and abusing animals.
A preliminary investigation was recently opened by the prosecutor's office in France.
The complaint states that Rollin has known the actor since the 1990s and lived with him since 2006.

"She has been increasingly aggressive, contemptuous and abusive towards him and the Delon children," said Delon family lawyer Christophe Ayela.
"The assistant systematically monitors his phone conversations and private messages and answers for him, pretending to be Mr. Delon. She is overbearing, threatening, and even goes so far as to abuse Mr. It comes out in an unacceptable way," he added.
Rollin's version is quite different, she says that she stayed close to the actor every day, even when he suffered various accidents, which his children did not.
Her lawyer says in his note that Delon's 3 children are only interested in money and that they will not hesitate to press charges against Rollin to ensure that she does not receive any financial advantage from Delon.
