France has passed a law that can jail influencers for 2 years

The French parliament passed a bill recently to regulate the activities of influencers on social media in an effort to curb the promotion of dangerous products and trends.

The new law prohibits the promotion of certain practices - such as cosmetic surgery and therapeutic abstinence - as well as the promotion of certain medical devices.
It also prohibits the promotion of products containing nicotine.

Also, influencers will no longer be able to promote subscriptions to sports predictions and money games.

Penalties for non-compliance can be up to two years in prison and a fine of €300,000.

The law also prohibits staged scenes with animals, the ownership of which is prohibited.
They should also find out if they are using a flint to look more attractive.
