After yesterday's match with a draw with the Faroe Islands that left Albania in first place in the group, coach Sylvinho told the media:
"We have a team that is growing, that doesn't lose, that gets points in the last 6 games. We are the first in the Group, we qualify for Euro2024, and that should make us all happy. It is the credit of the players. The real star is the team, it has made this achievement possible so far," said the Brazilian coach.
He added that he hopes that the team will also be lucky in the selection draw for the group matches in Euro 2024.
