The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has revealed new details from the meeting he had on March 18 in Ohrid with the President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vucic.
Through a post on social networks, Kurti stated that Vucic has rejected his offer for self-management of the Kosovo Serbs, after refusing to sign the February 27 Agreement in Brussels and before rejecting the proposed Annex in Ohrid.
"After refusing to sign the Agreement of February 27, and before refusing to sign it again with the Annex of March 18, the President of Serbia rejected my generous offer of self-management for the Serbs, in an association that I would design and propose. Is that Dr Jo or Mr Nyet? We know he is not a doctor," Kurti wrote on Twitter.
