The Socialist Party has won the majority in the Municipal Council of Kavaja. Most of the citizens of Kavaja have supported the Socialist Party, thus giving it the largest number of members in the Municipal Council.
Socialists were able to secure 13 mandates in the Municipal Council of Kavaja, while the Berisha-Meta coalition could not secure more than 9 seats.
Even in the other four municipalities of the Tirana district, the socialists won the majority in the Municipal Councils.
