Turkey has voted Finland's request to join NATO.
The Turkish Parliament voted unanimously in favor of Finland yesterday.
Turkey is the last NATO member to approve Finland's accession.
The news was announced by the President of Finland, Sauli Niinisto, on the Twitter social network, who also mentions Sweden that was left out of the process, writing that they expect its membership soon.
