Munich Airport was closed this morning after climate activists sat on two runways blocking flights.
One of the airport's two runways is now open, but there will be delays, airport spokespeople say.
This event happened at a time when the flight load is high.
Multiple police and fire brigades were dispatched to the scene to disperse the activists.

The federal police spokesman said eight people initially tried to enter four different points at the same time by cutting through the airport's security fence.
