The Basic Court in Pristina has left Naim Murseli and the other two in prison, who are accused of murdering Liridona Murseli. In the statement made by the court, it is said that Naim Murseli gave the gun to Granti Pllava and staged the robbery. He appeared in front of the car in which Naim Murseli was traveling with Liridona and the two children. The husband left with the children, while Granti Plava shot Liridona in exchange for 30,000 euros.
"There is a well-founded suspicion that the defendant Naim Murseli, with the intention of depriving his wife of her life in a cunning way, had agreed with the defendant Granit Plava to kill the now deceased Liridona Murseli, where the defendant Naim Murseli had previously equipped her with a weapon the defendant Granit Plava and had staged the crime of Robbery, which was carried out on 29.11.2023 at around 20:25, in the village of Bernicë, Municipality of Pristina, in such a way that while the defendant Naim Murseli was moving with his car, in which were the deceased Liridona Murseli and their two children, the defendant Granit Plava suddenly appeared in front of the car with a mask on his head and a revolver in his hand, where, according to the preliminary agreement, the defendant Naim Murseli and the children had left from the car and had left the scene of the incident to run away, while the deceased remained in the car, whom the defendant Granit Plava had shot at close range with a bullet in the neck and as a result of the fatal wound, the deceased Liridona Museli died at the scene, while for these actions the defendant Naim Murseli had previously promised the defendant Granit Plava the amount of €30,000.00." - it is stated in the announcement of the Court.
