President Zelensky presented the decoration to Prime Minister Rama today in Tirana.
"For extraordinary personal contribution and support, the Order of Prince 'Jaroslav the Wise' decoration is presented to Prime Minister Edi Rama".
Zelensky handed over the decoration to Rama personally at this summit, even though it was already signed in December 2023.
Zelensky is in Tirana after the Ukraine - Southeast Europe Summit will be held today and tomorrow.
