SPAK wants to interrogate 52 people as witnesses in connection with the case of Gërdec against the former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu.
Among the names is that of Shkëlzen Berisha.
Among the persons called as witnesses in this process, there are family members of the victims of 'Gërdec' as well as representatives of the SAC company; Patric Corneilous Henry, David Clark Howell, Sidney Tison Mac Intyre, William Merrit Hart, Sodney Spencer Taylor, as well as Ylli Pinari, the former director of the state enterprise "MEICO".
