In a touching note, Edlira Çepani, the wife of Gerti Bogdani, has expressed her sorrow for his death.
Gert Bogdani died at the age of 44 after suffering cardiac arrest. Although he was rushed to the Mother Teresa Hospital, he did not make it.
"You knew that my life has no meaning without you! You knew that you were not just my better half, you were my life!! You were my friend, my love, my family, my team! You know that I can't live without you! I don't know if I ever said enough that I adore you!!! for your love for life, for the right advice you always give, for the right role model you are always! We will love you forever, the husband, the best friend you will ever live ever in this world! I will love you every day of my life until we meet again, the light of my every journey!
The tributes and the farewell ceremony will be held the following day. September 19, 2024, in the Hall of Plenary Sessions of the Parliament of Albania, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and the burial will take place afterwards in the Sharra cemetery," writes Edlira.
