The head of the parliamentary group of the SP, Taulant Balla, told reporters today that the SP is ready to sit down in discussion with the opposition on the Law of Files.
Balla says that after the discussions, he believes that the Law will be voted.
"Who has been an associate of the State Security, loses the mandate of the deputy. The opposition's proposal, to tell you the truth, makes sense, is another way, the Decriminalization law is not used, but a special law. Interventions through the authority that has not only the verification power, but takes the final decision. What we need without wasting time is to put the two proposals together to go to the concrete, legal choice. Our proposal is open to discuss with the DP group. We have to make way for them. I believe we will vote for it. We want to go to our proposal, but there is also a proposal and opposition. We are open to discuss any form, the final result is important," said Balla.
