The Border Police rescue 4 people who were drowning in Shengjin, 3 of whom were minors
Four vacationers, three of them minors, risked drowning today on the beach of Shengjin, but luckily they were saved by the Border Police.
A 12-year-old and a 13-year-old had drifted about 1.2 miles offshore, and were struggling to get back to shore.
While a 45-year-old man with his 10-year-old son, had also left about 1 mile from the coast with a boat and were in danger of drowning. All four people are in good health.
