From tomorrow, the process of closing inactive gmail accounts will start. Google has warned of this cleaning campaign for several weeks. Purpose? These unused accounts have old passwords and are subject to hacker abuse. So it is a safety measure.
This policy will only apply to personal accounts. So even if you have an address through which you make your own purchases or subscribed to different countries, the account will not be closed.
