The Court of Rome has returned to Italy the second group of immigrants who arrived last week in the center of Gjadri.
This is because the Immigration Section of the Rome court has taken the issue of immigrants to the European Court of Justice.
The seven immigrants will have to return to Italy pending the decision of the European Court of Justice.
"The validation procedure was suspended because the decision of the European Court of Justice must be awaited for the preliminary questions proposed also in relation to the decree for "safe places", the document states, among other things.
