Escobar: Albania remains the most valued country in the region by the US

Gabriel Escobar, in an interview with Ilva Taren at the Atlantic Council, made several strong statements about the Balkans, the main one being the call for early elections in Montenegro.
But speaking about Albania, the US Deputy Secretary highlights the fact that Albania remains the most valued country in the region by the US.
He says that there have been some missteps with the justice reform, but that despite this, Albania is showing seriousness with the reforms and remains a valued ally of the USA.
