By the end of 2024, the distribution of the 6 billion euro fund from the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans is expected to begin. The news was announced by the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, at the joint press conference with the German chancellor, Olaf Scholz, after the end of the Berlin Process summit, which brought together the 6 leaders of the Western Balkans.

By the end of 2024, the distribution of the 6 billion euro fund from the Growth Plan for the Western Balkans is expected to begin. According to the states, Bosnia and Herzegovina will receive 1.85 billion euros, Serbia 1.58 billion, Albania 922 million euros, and then Kosovo, North Macedonia and Montenegro will benefit from the rest of the fund. Meanwhile, the Growth Plan, which will be developed in two stages, starts with a preliminary financing, where our country will receive 64.5 million euros.
