During Wednesday’s weekly meeting with coordinators of the platform for co-governance, prime minister Rama was highly critical of MPs, directors and mayors who represent the country, claiming that most citizens’ complains are left forgotten and ignored, but with the platform for co-governance all citizens will be able to receive their answers and solution to all their concerns. Rama said the platform should also serve MPs, mayors and directors in general.
“There are thousands of letters a month from citizens left unanswered. The Prime Minister’s Office delegated them to the ministries. The ministries ignored them and citizen’s concerns were left unattended. Today, all citizens receive their answers, which oftentimes can be negative when the requests are unfair. The same thing happens with my office on Whats-app, anyone who is able to help should do it, MPs, mayors and directors, they mostly do not. Nevertheless, right now MPs have started to use the platform intensively, as it is the platform that connects the citizen with the institution”, said Rama. / Tiranapost.al
