Work has begun on the construction of a school that will bear the name of Saint Mother Teresa, available to children and students in the Koder Kamez area. Due to the investment of the municipality of Tirana, the integrated junior high school, will provide equal opportunities for the children of this area, to be educated like all other peers across Tirana, with comfortable conditions and high quality teaching. The foundations of the school have already been laid down and the new school building has begun to take shape.
By laying the foundations of “Mother Teresa” school in the area of the Agricultural Institute, the aim is to eliminate two shifts lessons, and to facilitate the family budget by getting rid of the transportation of children to other schools further away, and avoid morning traffic.
After the official hours, the school will also function as a community center, where children will have access to playgrounds, lab facilities, libraries and study halls.
Mother Teresa School is part of the program to build 17 new schools in Tirana, which will enhance the quality of education in the capital. Tiranapost.al
